JCD invites citizens to online travel ban inquiry service

Jordan Customs Department continues to invite travelers to access the JCD's website to inquire about customs cases and travel bans, as citizens and residents can now review and check beforehand their travel eligibility status in relation to customs-related travel ban orders.
As part of a broader public service digitization process, the travel ban inquiry service was launched by JCD at the beginning of 2020 on the Department's website. The online service is designed to facilitate the mobility of citizens and residents, streamline travel-related procedures and give travelers the time they need to resolve any outstanding matters that might hinder their travel, hence avoid any additional costs and delays.
